AC-β-Arbutin is a skin lightening agent, which prevents the formation of melanin pigment by inhibiting tyrosinase activity. This process effectively eliminates age and liver spots, and can counter the effects of UV rays as well.

APPLICATION

AC-β-Arbutin is free from hydroquinone and it becomes an ideal ingredient in functional lightening cosmetics without toxicity, stimulation and unpleasant odor. It can effectively restrain the melanogenesis. Arbutin should be used at conditions of pH 5.0-7.0.
